He wouldn’t just swallow them. This must have caused some irritation in his throat because he wouldn’t cough and do a lot of throat clearing. I wanted to find a product where he could get what he needed that was meant to be chewed and swallowed. He likes the gruns so far, he thinks it’s candy so I have no issues with him ingesting them.

What’s important is that I worry about getting enough veggies and fiber every day and I don’t worry about it as much taking Gruins. They taste good and it’s easier for me to take gummies vs making smoothies and adding powders. So far so good!
