OK to be completely honest I’ve never eat what I should. I need something quick and tasty so that I can get back to work. And I’ve noticed I just don’t feel good the last few years. I thought I would try gruns. And I have not been disappointed. I can immediately tell a difference and it’s getting better. Mostly I just feel better all over. And it has had a positive effect on almost every part of my life. I wish I had done it sooner. It’s only been about a month and I will hopefully leave another review down line that will be even better.

Checked around and read some reviews and decided to take a chance. I’m on my 3rd subscription delivery and can honestly say they are as good as what they claim! The normal flavor is an acquired taste but have grown to enjoy it!!

I have stomach problems and I do find it helps some. It does give me more energy. I would use it more but the price is high so I have to spread it out

Also the way they have changed my health has been incredible. When we started taking them for a few months I noticed that my thinning hair was getting thicker. My gut issues were clearing and overall I was feeling much better. Sleep was even getting better. I was really surprised. Because of some unexpected finances we had to stop taking them for a few months and I noticed very quickly the change in my health going bad again. Once back on them happily we are back on to the path of better health, better mood and just overall a better life. Thank you. Not exaggeration. These things have really really helped us both get back onto the journey to better health. Both of us are diabetic, arthritic and other issues as well and these are really a game changer for us.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little concerned about the flavor of these, I love the original gruns, but I didn't like the sugar free granny Smith flavor. To me, it seemed to have the "after taste " that comes with many sugar free things. I'm very happy with the sugar free version of the original gruns flavor. I can't notice any difference between the flavors of the sugar free and the non sugar free gummies. I am so pleased. I just know now that I don't like the apple flavor.
