[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These little green gummies are tasty, fresh, and easy to eat. They can be packed in a lunch, or easily grabbed as you're heading out the door. I've been enjoying them for 2 months now. I started when I began using a glp-1 to help with weight loss. My gut feels much better, less heartburn and overall better digestion. The pro and prebiotics have really helped.

Next day took one gummy, had diarrhea suddenly again after a brunch at restaurant-so uncomfortable. Haven’t had any more since but still pooping black green for days. Not a fan.

I do feel like my head is clearer with the mushrooms in there and there is a lot of vitamins to help with many things. Working on my digestive health as well and hopeful about my progression as I've been on these longer. I like that I don't have to take a pull to get these benefits.
