I know I’m getting all the benefits of what I’m looking for without having to deal with powders that I don’t crave. These gummies are good! Taste great! Hard not to eat multiple packs haha

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ease and enjoyment of eating a gummy bear vs. swallowing whole vitamins is only one of the many reasons why I like Gruns. I promptly ditched my supplement pill routine and replaced it with one pack of Gruns a day. I really feel like I'm getting more nutritional and supplemental value from them than what I ever did from taking individual vitamin tablets/pills. In fairness, I've been taking them now for about two-weeks, but in these two weeks I've noticed a significant difference in my "regularity", energy and alertness. I've also noticed that it has curbed my appetite to a certain extent in that I'm not craving sweets after my meal and my portion sizes are smaller because I feel a little less hungry. I can't wait to get a full 30, 60 days into this and see how I'm feeling! I'm encouraged that it will only get better with time.
