The 2nd thing I noticed was an increase in energy. Especially helpful since I took on a 2nd job. I like the added nutrients because as of late, it’s been hard to remember to eat my veggies. The downside- cost.

I’m not a green juice kinda person so the idea of a gummy being an equivalent for health sounded interesting. I started taking a GLP-1 a little over a month ago and I dreaded the thought of constipation so I started Grüns for that sole reason. However the benefits all around are worth the hype. I don’t have a stellar diet, and these gummies make sure that I’m getting the nutrients I need while losing weight. They’re easy to grab and have in the morning on my way to work, or as a sweet little beneficial treat to have after lunch. I feel better overall and I know it’s benefitting my body as I work to achieve overall better health.

And I gotta say it's 100% accurate for me. They really help regulate my bowel movements every day. Outside of taking this little packet every day I do tend to still supplement with magnesium and iron pills.Other than that, I wish they were a little bit more affordable, and hoping that as the demand increases, they can get more affordable Without modifying the great quality.

I originally ordered the raspberry lemonade flavor, which I loved. The subscription continued with the signature flavor. The gummies do the job, no matter the flavor.

It’s easy it’s convenient. They only complaint I have is that it’s so expensive and I need to be able to pause my membership and I can’t figure out how.
