[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started taking these because I’ve been in Mounjaro for over 2 years and was tired of taking so many other meds to manage the side effects and still not feel like they were managed. I’ve been taking Grüns for 3 weeks now and feel so much better! The first couple of days I wasn’t sure about the taste, but now the taste doesn’t bother me. Going to try the new apple flavor soon.

I'm on a medicine that makes me struggle to eat enough in a day and this helps me get the nutrients my body needs. I was shocked when they tasted good. Like the individual packages because I keep a stash at work in case I forget to grab one in the morning.

I do have more energy and my stomach doesn’t hurt as much as it used to when I would eat foods that didn’t agree with me. It also has helped some with digestion. Which is HUGE!!!!! The first bag was great, with a smooth and normal gummy quality but my next order was grainy and sticky like it was covered in sticky sugar. Will probably order at least one more time but if it’s different again I’ll likely be too disappointed to continue after that.

The first health benefit that I have experienced is that I am more regular in the bathroom department so if that is one of your concerns then I would definitely recommend this product!
