Saw these online so I decided to try - great early results on first 2-3 months but noticing less improvement over time. The taste and consistency don’t bother me but efficacy is what motivated me. They are expensive so if results don’t improve I will likely stop ordering them.

I take them every day and recently my husband got really sick and I was trapped in a hotel room and for four days and I did not get his illness and I give credit to taking these every day.
