Ive also been on it for a couple weeks now and I don't notice a difference in my energy levels. But in saying that, these regular low sugar ones work well for my mom who is in her 80’s. These help her with her daily intake. She has a lot more energy and endurance on a daily basis. She suffers from chronic aches and pains daily. These help her immensely daily to help get out of bed, and to do daily activities.
