I’ve noticed more energy overall since before I started taking them. My gut health has improved and all of this is significant as I’m on GLP-1 meds that do tend to keep me from getting all my vitamins from food intake. I live Gruns and would love to see the prices come down to be more accessible to more people because they really do work!

The gummies give me extra fiber, vitamins, and minerals in a form I’ll actually take consistently, and the roughly 6 g of prebiotic fiber has noticeably helped with constipation and sluggish digestion from the medication. I do not see it as something that boosts GLP‑1 or replaces my prescription, but it has made the whole process feel smoother, with better regularity and more steady energy
