I stopped taking them for about 2 weeks, tried again half a pack in the am half in the evening and same thing. Guess they don’t agree with me. An expensive mistake.

It took about 4 days for the supplement to "kick in", but it does help. The taste is earthy, and the texture is gritty. If you're ok with both, than I recommend.

The flavor is light enough that I can taste the vitamin flavor but not enough to make it hard to chew. I actually acclimated to the flavor easily, which in a chewy form can be awful. Love taking them, easy to grab and go, and already pre-packed so never taking to many or not enough. Not sure about results it hasn’t been a week. Overall, I will buy again.
