The packs make it so easy to get everything in at once, very yummy too! I felt the difference within a week and I feel so much more energized and even noticed better mental clarity and focus!

I won't go as far as to say these are delicious, that's a bit of a stretch, but they are entirely manageable and way better than many other things I have tried. Definitely does not have a yucky aftertaste, at least. I'm only on day six, so I can't say there's been any massive difference, but I do feel like I am managing the afternoon slump a little better. I was planning to cancel the auto subscription, but I think I will let it ride for now.

I experienced a positive impact on my bowels/regularity wishing a few days. Then, I went a period of 3 weeks this past summer without my Grüns bc of shipping timing and traveling (my fault). I'm recovering from knee surgery and wanting to make sure I fill my nutrition gaps, so I stocked up to take advantage of the introductory discount. When the order came, however, the gruns seem to be of lower quality, they were dried out and had a less pleasant texture. Maybe they were just older? Anyway, now I have a whole lot of these stale gruns and I feel a little duped.

My wife and I love the grain's. As a starter, we both shared the pack. My wife absolutely loves them and has had great success under other hand and have mixed results. I have spina bifida so I have a lack of sensitivity and control, but this has helped me become more regular the key for me is to be predictable with routine so daily.
