I decided to give Gruns a try after trying some other supplements to assist with regular bowel movements since I'm taking a glp-1 and I'm happy to report for the first time in 3 months I don't have to worry about did I get enough fiber to ensure I remain regular. I tried the strawberry which I previously got too but not totally into the after taste. However, these are pretty tasty (original flavor), and I take them with a big glass of water when I first get up in the morning. I haven't missed a day, yet.
