However, it made taking a healthy moment for myself much easier. I love the individual packs that I could just grab and take with me or throw in my purse. I leave a couple in my desk. They are not textured like gummies or gummy bears at all, think more like fruit leather. That said, it's a perfectly fine texture and they are helping me with my digestive system and glp-1 low hunger
