So far I am very glad that I did! I love the individual daily packets and the gummies form that Gruns consume me in. They taste good and I feel good taking them. I would recommend Gruns to everyone.

I just got back from the dentist because my crown was pulled off while chewing the gummies. This is unfortunate, I'm barely in my first week of switching to these vitamins and still have a 3 month supply at home. 😖

These I can handle and within a week my guts were feeling better. Im on monjuaro and have been dealing with alot of stomach and digestive issues, this has helped alot
