It was okay at first but after taking it for a few months it became more difficult to get down. I have a friend who also takes them & agrees with me that original is now harder to take after taking them for a while. The holiday/special flavors are all better than original & would be great if those were also offered as options year round choices.

I then went down to four gummy‘s, but the results were no different. I have not thrown them out, but I am trying another product right now to see how that one works.
