I haven't noticed a huge improvement in gut health yet but I've only been taking them for a couple weeks. Flavors good, reminds me a little of eating raisins. So far I like them.

The first couple days I ate the full packet in the morning but noticed a feeling drained or fatigued my late afternoon. I started. First two weeks I was going consistently. On my 4th week and I’m back to being inconsistent and constipated. I take them daily as suggested. Haven’t decided if it’s really worth the money yet.
