We travel often and I was previously using a greens powder which was great however totally not convenient. These provide even better nutrition support and the ease of being able to take wherever without needing to mix or have a drink to go with them. I will definitely continue to purchase

Gruns is also helping me lose weight, I am down nineteen pounds and hope to lose that much more. Would recommend Gruns but would start on a low dose at first to see how it works.

The consistency isn't squishy but isn't hard. They have a different taste, but it's a good one, not too sweet but not bland. I really enjoyed these. I wasn't about to afford them anymore without having the 40% off price, but if I could afford them I would get the subscription permanently.
