After 5 days I started seeing and feeling movement and now, after almost two weeks of taking them daily, I am now having daily movements- just how they are supposed to be. This has not happened for me for too many years. Thy taste great( I prefer them straight out of the fridge), get things moving, but not too much so to trigger it the other way direction. I'm experiencing less bloating and am interested to see if I start experience any other benefits the longer I take them. I highly recommend trying them, they have been worth it for me!
