With that being said I would rather eat a gummies flavor than swallow a pill! Has really helped me with my overall gut/digestion! Definitely going to continue. Have only been on for about 2 weeks!!

Not because I don't want to be healthy, but largely because I really hate swallowing supplements, and I struggle with it. I look forward to eating my little bag of green teddy bears every day and sometimes I'm a little bit naughty and have two packs when I'm feeling like I need it. Highly recommend.
