I use these for the utility, but can't really tell if it does anything for me. my b12 and vitamin D levels are still on the low side when I get tested. the gummies have a different taste and texture every month, sometimes they're tasty and sometimes they're disgusting. no quality control I guess

Not overly sweet, not grassy, and no weird aftertaste. That alone makes it a win because if something tastes bad, I will not take it consistently.
