Then the diarrhea started. No colonoscopy prep has ever had an effect like the Grüns did. I was essentially stuck in the bathroom for 2 days. I stopped eating Grüns and it all cleared up within a couple of days. It certainly wasn't what I expected and I'm glad I only bought 30 days of them because they belong in the trash.
