I think they taste pretty good and I know the portion pack is just right so I'm sticking with it unlike other vitamins I've hoarded, lol. I don't like swallowing pills so these are perfect and I can take them anywhere I go!

When I noticed that they are all sold in retail stores and decided to give them a try. Bought them a few time and was quickly impressed with 1) becoming for regular, 2) having more energy, and 3) feeling better overall. While the sugar free aren't all that tasty (reminds me of geritol- iron forward), I love the delivery system. My guy does too.

The taste took some getting used to but by the time I ate the second paxk, I didn't mind it. Now a few weeks in I look forward to my Gruns. My energy levels are so much higher than they usually are at this point in my menstrual cycle. I'm so happy with Gruns and my husband is loving them too!

My package doesn't say low sugar so how do I know if they are actually low sugar? Also, why do some packs have 7 in the, some have 8, and some have 5. Seems odd to have that inconsistency in each package.

My husband was skeptical at first, now he reminds me "Did you take your Gruns yet" There has been a remarkable change in our energy levels. Highly recommend. I have never in my life received so many messages over a product. It's literally just a vitamin. Please calm down. It annoyed me so much that I cancelled my subscription today after a YEAR of purchases. I actually didn't hate the vitamins at all. The taste was fine, but the product was very inconsistent for the price. Most of the time, they'd come hard and oxidized rather than fresh, shiny & soft.

I feel like I have more energy, I feel that my immune system is better than it was because I'm not catching everything that comes around….. and I am definitely getting to be more regular with my pooping schedule!!!!! it's true. I would take these for no other reason than that. They are so worth it. Now don't get me wrong. They are quite expensive and it is sometimes a choice to give up something else to be able to order these and take them. They particularly went up really high after the first of the year and hoping that they will have a sale or go back down to a normal price what they were before soon before I have to order. But still, they are certainly worth the money for the benefits that you receive.
