I'm not a candy person, but I cover a lot of miles with all of my activities across three different counties, and frequently out of state. This is an easy way to make sure that I'm getting nutrients in that I might otherwise miss if I don't have time to prep cook and pack along my meals for the day.

I haven't used them long enough yet to say how well they work but I will tell you I've returned several other health items this past month bc they all taste terrible. These are like eating fruit snacks. I'm extremely picky with taste/flavors. I'd 10/10 recommend these! 👍🏼

I really like these for the most part, I just notice inconsistency with them. Sometimes they are very sticky and a lot of like moisture to them or something and then other packets are great with a normal texture of a gummy. I posted a pic of good ones!
