I've now been taking these for about a month and I haven't noticed anything except being extra gassy. Lol! Not exactly what I was looking for, but I will stick with it to see if any positive effects take place. They are easy to eat...a little sweet treat in my day. We'll see.

A pack of Gruns a day now does the trick. It took about a month to see results but they really do work. If I forget to take them I can tell a difference. Highly recommend if you need help to keep things moving on a regular basis.

Nobody’s responded the original Gruns that I purchased. I had wanted them swapped with the popsicle flavor which is next. Instead, I was sent the original Gruns and they are very chalky tasting and they are not a good batch.

Locking people into a subscription only to find that your special price is still higher than you can purchase at a bulk store price. That is disturbing and deceitful. Be up front and honest and people will continue doing business. A good product will keep customers returning without having to deceive them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the flavor! They’re super easy to eat! Our only complaint is how many slimy packs we get. Each bag loses around 5-10 packs which is a lot of money! We’ve heard mixed reviews on whether to eat the slimy ones. Otherwise we love them!
