The taste took some getting used to but by the time I ate the second paxk, I didn't mind it. Now a few weeks in I look forward to my Gruns. My energy levels are so much higher than they usually are at this point in my menstrual cycle. I'm so happy with Gruns and my husband is loving them too!

They're amazing and easy to want to use, plus after about 8 days of use I started to have notice my energy level go up and even brain fog improved 😀. And while it has helped with that-what I have noticed even more is improved glucose control! My blood sugar has been more stable-less lows and less highs-just overall way more controlled!
