Third of all I had my 22-year-old college student try them and she really liked them. Fourth of all I had my skeptical husband try them and he liked them as well! I am a big fan. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started using Grüns about 4 months ago and saw an improvement almost immediately. Since starting I have begun a GLP-1 regiment. Everything I had heard about the effect of GLP-1 on the GI was true (I experienced some of it) but I honestly feel that already being on Grüns helped a lot and everything quickly corrected.

This just didn't work for me. Another friend on a GLP1 drug like me had great results. She and her wife loved Gruns and highly recommended them. I haven't had any bad digestive side effects but I have had some vitamin deficiencies so I figured I would try them. Well my digestion did not like these little bears at all. My stool became very pasty and weird. I stopped eating them and it went back to normal. After a week off I tried again: this time straight to diarrhea. Something just does not agree with me. Maybe they're best for people who are already having problems because they will definitely make a change! But if digestion is already fine, don't mess it up?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I personally did not enjoy the flavor or benefits of these. I personally prefer the Granny Smith Apple ones. But in saying that, these regular low sugar ones work well for my mom who is in her 80's. These help her with her daily intake. She has a lot more energy and endurance on a daily basis. She suffers from chronic aches and pains daily. These help her immensely daily to help get out of bed, and to do daily activities. Only thing not to like is the slight odor when opening the package (likely a preservative or just stale CO2 Im guessing). Either way, a minor trade off for some fresh gummies that are delicious and packed with all kinds of nutrition. Highly recommend

They're a little pricey, but when you add up all the vitamins, you would have to buy they really aren't in the convenience alone of having them all in one pack is great if you can afford it you really should subscribe to get them every month.
