I really like that they make it easy to get a bunch of vitamins, minerals, and superfood ingredients in one convenient snack-style format — way more enjoyable than swallowing pills or mixing a powder. The flavor is surprisingly good for something green-focused, and I appreciate that it's not overly sweet....however, very pricey!

They were kind of all sticky and stuck to each other, but they have a sugar coating and a slickness to all of the pieces. I notified the company with the batch number, but haven't heard back yet.

They taste good- like a snack. I've only done a month so far but I do feel better and it's more convenient. Now if they could just get numeric in there as well it would be one less giant capsule. Keep them in your purse so if you forget to take them you can have them on hand. True story-I missed a dose yesterday and I was bloated and very uncomfortable! Do this for yourself.
