[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just started these a couple of weeks ago and I was so gassy and not feeling well for the first week that I decided to try to back off and just take a few a day. I'm still feeling gassy but only taking half of them each day doesn't work for me ( like they're supposed to). I bought them thinking I would take them when I go on long trips because I'm gone usually for a month at a time visiting grandchildren in Copenhagen, but now I am questioning if I want to risk a loose belly and gassy days while I am not in the comfort of my own home. I'm still hoping for a change so that I don't have to take bulky bottles of vitamins with me everywhere that I usually don't even take.
