I ordered them because I started GLP-1 shots and was only going to the bathroom every 3-4 days and I felt AWFUL. When you first open the bag they definitely have that vitamin smell BUT it quickly goes away. I like these gummies. Like I can do more..I have lupus some days were really bad .this helps..im 51 so brain fog is what it is..I am definitely reordering my 3rd bag. I am happy with Gruns.

I use these for the utility, but can't really tell if it does anything for me. my b12 and vitamin D levels are still on the low side when I get tested. the gummies have a different taste and texture every month, sometimes they're tasty and sometimes they're disgusting. no quality control I guess

It's hard enough to find a basic supplement that's gluten free, never mind one that has “greens”/fiber content. Gruns has met all of the above requirements - yes - you can tell it's a supplement and not a candy, but being on a gluten free diet I'm used to different textures - lol

Also, you do need to be mindful not to think of them as a substitute for vegetables—they're a supplement, not a shortcut. I've been taking them for seven days and don't really see a noticeable difference in how I feel.

If it claims to work on your gut and/or regularity, I've tried it. This is the only chewable product I have taken AND look forward to taking that truly lives up to the hype.
