There's a marked improvement in my digestive health, sleep, and mood. I can't express how much I love these little gummies! I told myself I would give them a 3 month trial run and decide if they were worth it going forward. Now I make a point to make room in my budget for them.

The texture, same as your everyday gummy candies, such a plus! The flavor, delish. Does not taste GREEN, lol. I take them after my lunch, when I get that sugar crave, IT WORKS. My daughter said she thinks they improved her mood, IDK about that but hey, i'll take it. lol Definitely pricey for a single mom with a college kid, but I'll make it work.

I take them the same time every morning and I'm finding that after about 10 days, my energy has increased and my sleeping has improved dramatically. Love the taste. I feel like I have more energy, I feel that my immune system is better than it was because I'm not catching everything that comes around….. and I am definitely getting to be more regular with my pooping schedule!!!!! it's true. I would take these for no other reason than that. They are so worth it. Now don't get me wrong. They are quite expensive and it is sometimes a choice to give up something else to be able to order these and take them. They particularly went up really high after the first of the year and hoping that they will have a sale or go back down to a normal price what they were before soon before I have to order. But still, they are certainly worth the money for the benefits that you receive.
