They’re definitely not as sweet as the sugar version, and even a little tart, but the flavor is still there. These have been super for my gut-health.

They actually do taste pretty good which makes them easy to take. The small pouches make it easy to get them on the go. I signed up for that on a subscription and had no idea they just send the original flavor once they are out of the flavor you signed up for. Well the original flavor is HORRIBLE. I tried sending them back (2 bags unopened) and they wouldn’t let me. So that’s a crappy company in my opinion. I will say- they help if you consistently eat them but don’t get the original!

I have only been on it for 2 weeks and I have already seen the positive results. I am house bound and in bed every dsy-until Gruns came into my life. In just two weeks I have energy again.
