I can not take with my morning meds and so convenient to be able grab it and take a few hours later after I left the house. That almost makes it a quick mid morning snack. It has brought some regular ness to my life again.

There's a slight “vitamin” smell or flavor when you first put one in your mouth, but it dissipates quickly and they have a very nice simple sweet flavor that's not overly sweet. My nine, 11, and 13 year-old will all eat them without complaining and in fact, I think they feel like it's a treat that they're getting! I call that a win win win.

They taste good- like a snack. I've only done a month so far but I do feel better and it's more convenient. Now if they could just get numeric in there as well it would be one less giant capsule.
