They are packed with nutrients that I would not otherwise be getting and they don’t upset my stomach like other vitamins have in the past. Plus, no more tummy issues! Regular as clockwork. That has been the biggest change for me. That is such an important part of a healthy gut and these were the game changers.

The first bag was great, with a smooth and normal gummy quality but my next order was grainy and sticky like it was covered in sticky sugar. Will probably order at least one more time but if it’s different again I’ll likely be too disappointed to continue after that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Liking the Grüns gummies, feel like I have more energy throughout the day and I’m sleeping better, however, I got them because I kept seeing ads touting great for keeping things flowing, when on GLP1s and constipation sets in. So far, they haven’t really helped in that aspect. So many reviews say they taste great, I think they taste like vitamins, and there is a slight metal after taste.
