I FOUND IT!! Gruns are like eating one of child’s fruit snacks ONLY THEY ARE GOOD FOR YOU! I am super glad I decided to try these. They curb my appetite and help me with staying healthy. The only problem is that they are pricey. I will leave it up to you to decide whether they are worth it. Give them a try!

I have to say so far I’ve been taking them every day for 3 weeks and I just pulled out a completely sealed pack with no gummies in it :( so I got 27/28 packs. But I do like them a lot and it makes taking vitamins very easy!

The only thing I don’t like is the flavor. I took off a star for that. It could just be my tastebuds and others may love them. I will continue to take them during my weight loss journey to avoid some of the side effects of the medication.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Liking the Grüns gummies, feel like I have more energy throughout the day and I’m sleeping better, however, I got them because I kept seeing ads touting great for keeping things flowing, when on GLP1s and constipation sets in. So far, they haven’t really helped in that aspect. So many reviews say they taste great, I think they taste like vitamins, and there is a slight metal after taste.
