I’m loving these little gummies of nutrition! They taste amazing and they help add in nutrients my body needs that I might not be getting from my diet! I’ve tried the regular and the apple and they are both delish! Can’t wait to try the Grinch collab ones!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered the gummies for my teenage daughter to help her gut health and better her issues with constipation, since she’s been taking the gummies on a daily basis , both have improved greatly, she feels some much better , I’m am grateful that I found something such as gruns to help her and I’m even happier that it’s not something like a pill form softener, that doesn’t address gut health ! So happy to have found gruns and it works wonders for her !

I was about a month into my GLP1 journey after being diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes, and bathroom business was not regular or comfortable!! I discovered I needed 40-50 grand of fiber a day to maintain comfortable bathroom business. Gruns are easy way to add the needed additional fiber. And all that is well and good, but how do they taste? A little bit tangy, a little bit sweet, the perfect flavor combo. I love my Gruns!

I FOUND IT!! Gruns are like eating one of child’s fruit snacks ONLY THEY ARE GOOD FOR YOU! I am super glad I decided to try these. They curb my appetite and help me with staying healthy. I have to say so far I’ve been taking them every day for 3 weeks and I just pulled out a completely sealed pack with no gummies in it :( so I got 27/28 packs. But I do like them a lot and it makes taking vitamins very easy!
