Therefore, in anticipation of restarting, I began taking Grüns 1 month prior and have been taking them now along with my weekly dose of Trulicity. I feel FANTASTIC this time around. Virtually no gastric issues and at 2 months in, I haven't lost ANY hair (I am also using specially formulated shampoo for GLp-1 users to minimize hairloss). Grüns give me that boost of energy & I feel great, not like I am lacking anything!!! I would HIGHLY recommend!!!

I give regular Gruns 5 stars, the sugar free gets 4 for taste and they are a little squished. It's still well worth it and I look forward to them every day. They are convenient and give me good fiber and energy! I recommend for all but especially those on a GLP medication.

I definitely noticed an improvement in metabolism and digestion. I've been eating them sometimes once a day and sometimes every other day and still having some small results already after a couple weeks.

It can have heart health consequences and potential for kidney disease. So please send the ingredients to your Primary Care Physician before taking. The formulas sounds great when in an add, but there are hardly any warnings. It's not a medication so I'm not sure the law requires it. Just check with your doctor. Please.
