The taste is fine but they have an oily film on them which I don't love if I'm eating them while trying to work/multi-task. I really like the individual daily package pouches - great for grab & go (just not great for the environment). I am using as a nutrition replacement as I'm on GLP-1 medication so hoping I continue to have good results & health improvements.

My mother just passed and I was with her for the last month. I was constipated the entire time. I tried everything and nothing helped. Day 2 of grind and I finally found relief.
