They seem to help with the bloat but only been on them a short time so hopefully will see the advantage of the minerals and vitamins . Definitely helps with the constipation . Worst thing is how exspensive they are .

I was skeptical at first but I had just begun my GLP 1 journey and needed something, anything, to help with the bloating and constipation I had after taking just my first injection.
