It is so difficult to get all the nutrients you need in a day, but swallowing down the juice is not always easy, lol. Now it is quick and easy and the gummies are delicious!

I usually suffer from really bad hangovers and I'm not gonna lie greens and this is only after three days of using them made me not be hung over. I'm definitely gonna continue this for a very, very long time. It just shows how much vitamins are just basic super foods. My body was lacking, but I'm not gonna lie the first night. I had some gases and stomach cramping. I think I'm better off spacing them out during the day and not taking the full amount of just one shot lesson learned but I definitely recommend this product.
