The biggest was energy and focus. What a life saver. I'll use these for the rest of my life. My body feels so much better when I treat it properly. Easy to take is another positive. I use mine for snacks.

I experienced a positive impact on my bowels/regularity wishing a few days. Then, I went a period of 3 weeks this past summer without my Grüns bc of shipping timing and traveling (my fault). Let's just say I was so happy to be able to take them again. I won't let myself lapse again.
