Don't smell them or you won't eat them, I tried giving one to my kid and that was the first thing he did, nothing after that. The smell is different, but it's not terrible. I've only had them for less than a week now, they will help your stomach get regular, if you know what I mean. I felt like I didn't have energy one afternoon, and ate a pack and that gave me a kick to wake up right away. So, they give you energy, are sweet enough and help you get regular.

I was struggling to go to the bathroom probably every 4 to 5 days and now I go at least every day if not every two days. It did take me about two weeks to adjust to it. I had severe bloating, gas, and cramping but now we are good to go.
