Other multivitamins I was taking always made me feel nauseous or even made me constipated. So glad I found a product that does neither of those things and is getting me all the greens and vitamins my body needs!

I have always had trouble with constipation but not any more. They say nothing about getting reliant to them either they are just good nutrition. I don't ever want to be without them. I find them a little gritty but don't mind it; it just reminds me I'm eating my greens, something I'm otherwise reluctant to do. They're an acquired taste that's growing on me and I look forward to my daily pack now. I do have issues with frequent constipation and I don't believe my body has settled in with Gruns as yet.
