I do have more energy and my stomach doesn't hurt as much as it used to when I would eat foods that didn't agree with me. It also has helped some with digestion. Which is HUGE!!!!! I feel more energetic, I'm no longer bloated and while I know this isn't for weightloss, I have lost 11 pounds since starting. I believe its because cravings are minimal now and for the first time ever I'm "regular". They aren't my favorite as far as taste, but you also don't get the vitamin "burps" after so it's fine. They aren't bad tasting, just different. When I ordered it figured I'd try the 3 month supply and if I didn't see any results I'd cancel. We'll I'm not canceling, so far its going well.
