I purchased gruns based on the reviews I read and am glad I did. Not only did I not have nausea I also didn’t have constipation. I have lost weight by using portion control and eating a high protein/fiber diet. I can’t imagine being on a glp1 without taking gruns which is high in vitamins and minerals that I will need to make this endeavor successful. Good luck on your journey, and buy you some gruns.
