But for someone who had ALWAYS had a hard time going number 2 I can say after day 2 I have had a daily poo! The taste is okay- but for a no sugar product it’s decent and doesn’t taste like fake sugar. Definitely a habit I will be keeping up to see how things move along (pun intended).

It wasn’t until after a couple of weeks into taking the gummy vitamins that I stopped and thought, wow, my stamina is better, my fatigue is less, I have energy to get through the day, and I’m popping out of bed in the morning! How is this even possible? The only thing I had changed in my routine was taking the Grüns vitamins. I feel myself again. I get up with little fatigue, get through the day with enough stamina, and sleep great! I am profoundly grateful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I began with these gummies a year ago. Was a huge fan, loved the benefits and loved the taste, especially since you need to consume 8 a day. Then after a while my shipments arrived sticky and wet, when I wrote to the company on two different occasions, they assured me that the wet stickiness does not affect the taste or the potency. Well, It does in fact affect the taste most assuredly! I was delighted to see I had stumbled across a vitamin that I felt I was getting good benefit and the company seemed young and enthusiastic about their product. Now it seems since their success, quality control has been compromised which is extremely disappointing! I just recently cancelled my subscription.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Newbie here but, in just a few days I feel a difference. Less sugar cravings, and I feel happier. You can taste the vitamins, and it took me a minute but it reminds me of Flintstones vitamins as a kid. That decreased after placed in the fridge.

My fingernails have improved, I have Raynauds so the blood vessels to my fingers usually don’t allow for very healthy fingernails. Now they are much stronger. I also am by far more regular than before. Anxiously awaiting to see what other improvements to come.
