[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought I would give them a try. gLP1 was making me feel bloated, nauseated and 1st experience of constipation in decades. They work!! Back to normal. Taste great, they don't smell the greatest but taste yummy and actually take away my craving for something sweet. It's my treat of the day. I don't always take the whole pack each day, but even taking less, they still work. I think I'll have my mom try them. She doesn't eat much and the extra nutrients would be beneficial to her! She's 85.
