The first couple days I ate the full packet in the morning but noticed a feeling drained or fatigued my late afternoon. I started. I'm on Ozempic for my diabetes. I continue to take the Gruns because aside from fixing the constipation, I feel better than I did before I started taking them. The regular flavor is delicious (as was the mango sorbet limited edition flavor). The texture is nearly perfect. They feel natural and not like gooey pectin sugar gelatin garbage, but enough like a “normal” gummy snack you don’t really feel like you’re having a supplement. I’m on “the shot” and they have done wonders for my digestion. I’ve turned several friends who are also on weight loss shots onto them. The fiber keeps things moving and doesn’t upset my stomach. I definitely recommend these to anyone looking to supplement their diet in an easy, enjoyable and healthy way and would say it’s a must if you’re on “the shot”!!
