They seem to help with the bloat but only been on them a short time so hopefully will see the advantage of the minerals and vitamins . Definitely helps with the constipation . Worst thing is how exspensive they are .

I feel like these help balance days where I've neglected veggies and fiber. They taste good and are super convenient. I put a pack on my keyboard every night to remember to eat them the next day.

I was in the market for some supplements when I found these gummies. Right away I loved the product. Taste great and I feel better. Now I’m looking into them for my teen who has been complaining about GI issues for a couple months.

The only thing I don’t like is the flavor. I took off a star for that. It could just be my tastebuds and others may love them.
