I have a lot of issues going to the bathroom, especially on vacation so I am so sick and tired of feeling like crap 💩 literally! I started taking these and after 3 to 4 days I've noticed a difference started to move my bowels, which I know it's a lot of TMI but who cares I'm being for real. They taste great. Then the diarrhea started. No colonoscopy prep has ever had an effect like the Grüns did. I was essentially stuck in the bathroom for 2 days. I stopped eating Grüns and it all cleared up within a couple of days. It certainly wasn't what I expected and I'm glad I only bought 30 days of them because they belong in the trash.

The 2nd thing I noticed was an increase in energy. Especially helpful since I took on a 2nd job. I like the added nutrients because as of late, it's been hard to remember to eat my veggies. The downside- cost.

The flavor is delicious, and similar to apple sauce, in my opinion. I have to remind myself I only should eat one a day, or I'd eat several packs!
