Unfortunately, I experienced terrible breakouts from them (I stopped and started twice to confirm the correlation). I'm quite disappointed but understand my experience is an unusual and unexpected one.

Not happy with quality of 2nd bag. If the third bag is the same way, I will cancel my subscription. I hope it was just a fluke.

After reviewing this product with my doctor I was advised the amount of fiber 2 packages contain isn't even half of the daily recommended. Also it is not solving my constipation issue. Nothing it advertises on package are nothing I have experienced.
