It's really kind of nice just to suck on the gummy while I'm reading the paper and drinking my coffee! It's very tasty… I have not been using it long enough to see if I'm getting any real health benefits that I noticed from it.

I think it was called juiced or actually horrible tasting. I haven't tried the troops or immune yet but so far I'm really not liking the flavor and probably won't purchase again unless there's a big upgrade in that.

You're better off dry scooping greens and swallowing it down with water than having to chew it in gummy form. I tried to do it 2 different days and I gagged both times. Do not waste your money they're so expensive for how poor they taste.
